Saucy was built around a simple idea: if you're going to serve pizza, fried chicken, and gyro under one roof, every single one has to be worth driving across town for.
We're in Schaumburg because that's home. Every pizza crust is stretched by hand, every piece of chicken is fried to order, and every gyro is carved fresh — no shortcuts, no compromises.
